The clean and spacious rooms provided a great experience, but the dining options could use some improvement, especially at the Club Lounge. Overall, it's an exceptional place to stay, especially for families looking for a friendly atmosphere and great amenities.

I had an amazing time celebrating my 55th birthday in Puerto Vallarta! The hotel provided a spectacular oceanview room where I could watch cruise ships from my balcony. The staff was professional and really helped us with local tips and recommendations. The only downside was the food options; the restaurants didn't meet my expectations, but overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to return.
